Technical Requirements for High Voltage and High Current Wire Harnesses and Connectors for Electric Vehicles

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods of the high voltage connection system consisting of high voltage and high current wiring harness and connector for electric vehicles, as well as the special requirements of the high voltage cable and high voltage connector for the high voltage connection system.

This standard is applicable to the high voltage connection system for electric vehicles which meets the requirements of GB/T 18384.3-2015 for class B voltage. It is not suitable for conductive charging connection device of electric vehicle.

Note: This standard can be used for reference in the non-B voltage section of high voltage connection system
