Following six months of intensive R&D and rigorous trial production, our new generation of industrial waterproof connectors has officially entered mass production. This comprehensive series includes M12, M8, and RJ45 waterproof variants, boasting a maximum protection rating of IP69K to meet the demanding requirements of food processing, car wash systems, outdoor lighting, and other harsh environments.
According to our Technical Manager, the new series achieves significant breakthroughs in three key areas: a dual-sealing structure that enhances waterproof performance by 50%; gold-plated contacts ensuring a lifespan exceeding 1,000 mating cycles; and outstanding corrosion resistance, with all units passing a stringent 96-hour salt spray test.
Our production facility has completed the upgrade of three automated lines, reaching a daily capacity of 5,000 units. The output will primarily serve European industrial automation clients and leading domestic high-end equipment manufacturers.
This successful mass production further strengthens our product portfolio in the industrial connector sector, significantly enhancing our competitive edge in the global market.
