Driven by global carbon neutrality goals, the connector industry is accelerating its shift toward green manufacturing. Industry giants like TE Connectivity, Amphenol, and Molex have unveiled their carbon neutrality roadmaps, with Chinese connector manufacturers actively following suit.

TE Connectivity has committed to reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 70% by 2030, while Amphenol plans to power 100% of its global factories with renewable energy by 2035. Luxshare Precision has also released its inaugural ESG report, setting clear carbon reduction targets.

Industry analysts note that ESG performance is now a critical factor in securing customer orders, especially as European and American automotive and telecommunications clients impose increasingly stringent carbon footprint requirements on their supply chains.
