Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. has announced the official launch of the Phase III expansion at its Vietnam manufacturing base. With a total investment of $500 million, the new production lines are dedicated to manufacturing high-precision connectors and cable assemblies for the consumer electronics and communications sectors.
Upon completion of the expansion, Luxshare's annual production capacity in Vietnam will increase by approximately 40%, effectively meeting the growing order demands of key clients such as Apple and Samsung. The company stated that its Vietnam facility now features a fully integrated process—from connector assembly to cable processing—with an automation rate exceeding 60%.
Industry analysts note that amid the trend toward global supply chain diversification, leading connector manufacturers like Luxshare Precision are set to continue their strategic expansion of overseas production capacity.
